EMP/HPM Technologists and Managers

Job Description

SARA Inc. is involved in a number of EMP/HPM initiatives and is looking for experienced technologists and technical managers to support these efforts. To this end, we are looking for experienced candidates with: hands-on technical skills, fundamental understanding of the underlying EMP/HPM hardening technologies, business development skills; and/or proven program management record. The desired skills include, but not limited to:

• EMP/HPM hardening concept Systems Engineer
• EMP/HPM Test Director and Test Engineers
• Electronic/Electrical LRU Susceptibility Analyst
• Signal processing algorithm formulation and implementation
• EM Coupling Analyst
• EMP/HPM business development
• Program Management

Job Requirements

An engineering or science degree is required as well as a minimum of ten years management experience and 10-20 years or more experience in engineering or science. Military leadership experience would be considered positive attributes for the potential candidate. Priority will be given to candidates with DoD security clearances.

Location

Successful candidate may choose to locate at any of SARA's offices in Albuquerque, NM, Colorado Springs, CO, or near Los Angeles, California.
